I often equate our company team to sports. Lift your teammates up, cheer for their success, and assist when mistakes occur since you, one day, will need to be lifted up, cheered for, and have others catch your mistakes.
I love working with great teams, building close knit groups, and helping to create wonderful work environments. It makes our jobs more satisfying for everyone, saves money, and fosters loyalty.
